How do I maintain my mattress?
Entirely removable, the stretch fabric envelope of the 'Universal' mattress is machine washable, delicate cycle at 30°C.
Important: remove the foam block before washing.
Our stretch fabric shell has a percentage of spandex, so air drying should be done. Forget the dryer.
We recommend washing the cover once or twice a year.
How do I maintain my accessories?
- Harmony Duvet:
Our care advice: this temperate duvet is easy to machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C and, ideally, with 1 or 2 tennis balls.
Do not tumble dry or iron.

- Softness Pillows:
Machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle with a tennis ball.
We recommend washing it once a year.
How many years are they guaranteed?
With the purchase of your Bdreams® mattress , you benefit from a 5-year commercial warranty which covers any material or manufacturing defects, such as abnormal deformation of the foam.
For accessories, all products are guaranteed for 2 years , a commercial guarantee which covers any material or manufacturing defect.
This warranty takes effect from the date of delivery.
The products sold are also covered by a commercial warranty aimed at guaranteeing their conformity and ensuring the reimbursement of the purchase price, the replacement or repair of the goods. It does not cover defects caused by abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause external to the intrinsic qualities of the products.

What happens if they don't fit me during the trial?
The mattress trial period is 100 nights from the date of delivery. If it doesn't suit you during this period, we'll return it for free! After the 100th day, returns are no longer accepted.
The trial period for all products in the bedding category is 14 nights from the delivery date. If the product doesn't suit you during this period, we'll return it for free! After the 14th day, returns are no longer accepted.
You will be fully refunded within 24/48 hours after receiving the mattress in good condition.
