Fully removable, the fabric cover of all our mattress toppers is machine washable, delicate cycle at 30°C.

Important: remove the foam block carefully before washing.

Our fabric covers contain a percentage of elastane, so air drying is recommended. Forget the dryer.

We recommend washing the cover 1 to 2 times a year.

• Harmony Duvet:

Our care advice: this temperate duvet is easy to machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C and, ideally, with 1 or 2 tennis balls.

Do not tumble dry or iron.

We recommend washing once or twice a year.

• Softness Pillows:

Machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle with a tennis ball.

We recommend washing it once a year.

• Plaid:

Hand washing is recommended to avoid possible shrinkage in the washing machine.

Drying should be done in the open air.

We advise you to wash it regularly depending on its use.

For accessories and mattress toppers, all products are guaranteed for 2 years , a commercial guarantee which covers any material or manufacturing defect.

This warranty takes effect from the date of delivery.

The products sold are also covered by a commercial warranty aimed at guaranteeing their conformity and ensuring the reimbursement of the purchase price, the replacement or repair of the goods. It does not cover defects caused by abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause external to the intrinsic qualities of the products.

The trial period for all products in the bedding and mattress topper category is 14 nights from the delivery date. If the product doesn't suit you during this period, we'll return it for free! After the 14th day, returns are no longer accepted.

You will be fully refunded within 24/48 hours after receiving the mattress in good condition.
