Delivery

Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €35. We ship our products the same day if the order is placed before 1 p.m. You will receive your order within 48 hours (mainland France) and up to 72 hours for Belgium.

Our partner Chronopost handles delivery. You will be notified by text message or email (depending on your selection) of the delivery date, and the delivery driver will call you when they are in your area to make the delivery.
You also have the option to postpone delivery on the Chronopost website if you are not available at the scheduled delivery time.

If you wish to return your order, you have 14 consecutive days after receiving themattress topper , pillow or accessories , 100 days for a mattress . To make a return, contact our customer service via our website , by email at contact@bdreams.eu or via our chat and give us your order number. We will call you back and give you the procedures to follow.
