According to an Ipsos survey, 63% of French people believe they sleep poorly, 23% of them often. And for many, bedding is the determining factor in their quality of sleep: 41% cite it as the main factor, ahead of health (38%) or exposure to light, noise or screens (34%) ( Ipsos data).
